Every show on Mobcaster begins with a pitch – your appeal to the audience to fund your show. With little more than a script or treatment, a fund-raising goal and a video, you'll be ready to pitch your TV show directly to your audience online. You can pitch with a concept looking to shoot a pilot, a pilot looking to shoot a full season (5 additional episodes), or for season after season after that.

At Mobcaster we believe that the audience and the audience alone should decide if a show gets made. Therefore, your audience, not a studio or network, funds your TV show.
Funding is entirely donation based, which means you retain control. It is also entirely "win or lose", which means you must hit (or surpass!) your funding goal in the chosen time period to receive your funding (goal not achieved = no funding). In exchange for support, TV makers are encouraged to provide creative, non-monetary rewards to thank their audience and provide added incentive (beyond the great content) to turn audience members into donators!

With a successful fund-raise complete, the money becomes yours and you're off and running, shooting your TV pilot or series. You call the shots and shoot the show that you and your audience wanted to see. Keep your audience informed with behind the scene access, production stills or any other updates from the set. Then when the episode(s) is complete, bring it back to Mobcaster to let the world see the show it's been anxiously waiting for!
